AirTech HVAC LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead and oversee all installation operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all installation personnel
- Schedule and dispatch installation crews efficiently
- Coordinate purchasing, delivery, and staging of equipment and materials
- Conduct on-site visits to provide guidance, instruction, and quality control
- Develop, implement, and maintain installation operating procedures
- Host weekly meetings to promote open communication and reinforce company goals, policies, and safety standards
- Ensure installation vehicles are properly stocked, maintained, and clean
- Onboard and train new installers and apprentices
- Participate in hiring decisions and conduct regular performance evaluations

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of HVAC installation experience
- At least 5 years of HVAC management or leadership experience
- Proven ability to set priorities and manage timelines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with solid computer and administrative skills
