Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking to make an impact in an elementary school setting. The position is located in Ceres, CA, and runs for the entire school year (CSY). You will be working with a diverse caseload of 55 students, primarily preschool to elementary age, across no more than three schools. This role offers a chance to apply your expertise in pediatric and school-based speech-language services while supporting students with a variety of disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to a caseload of 55 students
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each students needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to creating a supportive educational environment

Qualifications:

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Eligibility for California state licensure and credentials to work in schools
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
  • Strong understanding of speech and language disorders common in young children
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educators

Location: Ceres, California
Hours: 35 hours per week, full-time
Duration: Contract for the current school year
