About the Role

As an Entry-Level Manager, you'll receive hands-on training in leadership, customer service, and marketing. This is not a desk job—you’ll work face-to-face with customers, support client campaigns, and gain experience that translates across industries.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service at high-traffic retail locations

• Learn and apply direct marketing and brand promotion strategies

• Represent client brands with professionalism and confidence

• Communicate with leadership to resolve customer questions and concerns

• Participate in training workshops focused on leadership, communication, and campaign management

• Support team performance and mentor new team members as you grow

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)

• High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Available full-time, including weekends as needed for events
