We are seeking an experienced Business Litigation Associate to join our team. With over 25 years of experience, we have earned a reputation for representing our clients with creative legal solutions across Southern California. We are looking to add a business litigation associate with 2+ years of experience to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze legal issues related to business litigation.
  • Draft, file, and serve pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Engage in client and witness interviews, discovery, and negotiations.
  • Provide clients with advice and legal guidance in business litigation cases.
  • Work collaboratively with other legal professionals to prepare for and manage trial proceedings.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in California
  • 2+ years of litigation experience in Business law
  • Strong understanding of business litigation, contracts, disputes, business torts, unfair business practices, fraud, breach of contract, and unfair competition.
