Position Objectives and Responsibilities

• Uses mowers, weed whackers/trimmers and rakes to maintain yards
• Uses forklifts and bucket loaders to load and unload purchase products and materials.
• Stock pallets of material into their designated areas, indoors and outdoors, individually or within a group.
• Cut and separate material, operate forklift, bobcat, etc, lift heavy objects, etc.
• Maintains an organized construction yard at all times
• Organizes large and small tools

Position Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent required
• 3+ years of experience working in a construction yard
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Works well as a team-player and can pivot to an independent worker
• Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, loading, offloading of supplies, tools, equipment up to 50 pounds or heavier
• Able to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
• Must have a valid drivers license in good standing
