How you will make a meaningful difference:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide secure and reliable network systems.
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues, and ensure consistent network availability and security across LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems, and other security tools..
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and cross-training support to IT staff.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation of network configurations, standards, and ensure accurate asset tracking.
• Participate in on-call rotations for IT support, system outages and network emergencies.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends through professional development.

What you bring…

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network administration and operations.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN technologies.
• Proficiency with routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), bandwidth shaping, and enterprise wireless solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, project planning, and documentation skills.
