Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Details
- Manage a diverse caseload of trusts & estates, business, and civil litigation matters
- Represent individuals, fiduciaries, public entities, and business clients in local, state, and federal courts, as well as administrative tribunals
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial, and post-judgment proceedings
- Pursue creative and value-driven solutions through settlement negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation when necessary
- Work closely with Partners on complex litigation matters while mentoring junior attorneys and litigation staff
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Qualifications:
- J.D. and licensed to practice in California
- Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to trusts & estates, business, and general civil matters
- Demonstrated ability to bill 1,800+ hours annually
- Experience representing fiduciaries, public entities, or business clients a plus
- Proven trial preparation and courtroom experience
- Ability to generate business and leadership experience preferred
