Summary
The Senior Director / Vice President of Clinical Partnerships will lead institutional collaborations with academic medical centers (AMCs) and NCI-designated cancer centers to deploy our WGS-based clinical solutions (CancerVision, MRDVision) as a clinical and research platform. This position combines strategic business development with deep scientific engagement.
This is a strategic enterprise partnership role, responsible for building high-value Clinical Service Agreements (CSA) and Data Sharing Agreements (DSA) that enable clinical adoption, research integration, and data collaboration. The ideal candidate requires someone equally comfortable in conversations with oncology leadership, translational researchers, and hospital contracting offices, driving both scientific and commercial alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Development and Sales
- Lead key account business development efforts with top tier AMCs and cancer centers to establish new institutional business relationships.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for integrating Inocrass WGS based clinical solutions into oncology care pathways and translational research programs.
- Engage closely with oncologists, pathologists, and institutional leaders to position Inocras solutions as part of the clinical standard of care.
Contracting & Deal Execution
- Structure and close clinical service and data-sharing agreements that integrate Inocrass WGS based clinical solutions into institutional workflows.
- Work cross-functionally with medical affairs, operations, regulatory, and informatics teams to ensure contracts meet institutional and regulatory standards.
- Maintain a high level of credibility with hospital contracting offices, clinical operations, and leadership committees.
Strategic Visibility & Industry Engagement
- Represent Inocras at major oncology, genomics, and precision medicine conferences to strengthen institutional relationships and scientific visibility.
- Contribute to the companys presence within the precision oncology ecosystem by engaging in panels, publications, and collaborative forums.
- Provide strategic input to guide institutional pricing models, reimbursement strategy, and clinical adoption frameworks informed by market and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years in oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or clinical genomics business development
- Proven success establishing institutional or enterprise-level partnerships with AMCs, NCI-designated centers, or large biopharma collaborators.
- Deep understanding of molecular pathology, cancer genomics, and clinical workflows
- Experience negotiating CSAs, DSAs, or research collaborations
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with both scientific and executive stakeholders.
- Strategic, collaborative, and comfortable operating in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Background with leading precision medicine or genomic companies such as Tempus, Caris, Foundation Medicine, Guardant, or adaptive biotech companies is highly advantageous

Compensation: $200,000 to $275,000 annual base salary BOE
