Job Details
Handle toxic tort and product liability defense matters
Draft and respond to discovery and motions
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court for hearings and case management when needed
Work directly with partners on case strategy and execution
Collaborate in a supportive, team-focused environment
Must be admitted and residing in California
3+ years of litigation experience preferred (toxic tort/product liability experience highly valued; training available for the right candidate)
