Job DescriptionElectrical Project Manager
We are a well-established electrical contractor based in Santa Clara, CA, with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality installations across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout who has Estimating experience as well.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial electrical projects, including ground-up and tenant improvement work.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NEC codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with estimating and design teams during preconstruction.
- Use project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Accubid.
Qualifications
- Experience in electrical construction project management.
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and design/build workflows.
- Estimating experience
- Proficiency in Accubid, Bluebeam, and project management tools.
- Located within 60 miles of the office.
- Must have electrical contracting experience
