Job Title: Associate Attorney – Corporate & Tax
Location: Pasadena, CA (Onsite)
Base Salary: $115,000 to $135,000 per year
Total Compensation Potential: $145,000 to $185,000+ per year

What You’ll Do
- Draft entity formation documents, operating agreements, and corporate governance materials
- Support M&A deals and transactional planning
- Conduct tax research and guide clients on compliance matters
- Interface with clients, advisors, and internal legal teams
- Assist with filings, corporate maintenance, and strategic development
- Participate in business development and firm initiatives
What You Need
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active member of the California Bar in good standing
- 2+ years of experience in corporate, tax, or transactional law
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Experience in M&A, tax structuring, or business law is a plus
- Bonus if you have a background in finance, accounting, or consulting
Work Model
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Pasadena. Candidates must be able to work from the office on a regular basis.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $115,000–$135,000 DOE
- Total Comp Range: $145,000 to $185,000+ with bonuses
