 Job Summary We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team! In this role, you will make a difference in the community and in the lives of people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. General Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).</li>
<li>18 years of age or older.</li>
<li>Pass a criminal background check.</li>
<li>Must have a reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance and DMV printout stating a clean record with NO DUI or Reckless Driving convictions (Assistance with arranging transportation).</li>
<li>Provide companionship and conversation.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred</li>
<li>First aid and CPR certified</li>
<li>Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Compassionate, respectful, ethical</li>
