What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes
- Execute customized care plans and scheduled tasks
- Support ADL's: hygiene, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, etc.
- Provide emotional and social companionship
- Maintain a safe and positive environment
- Document care and report changes in client condition
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional care giving experience
- Alzheimer's/Dementia experience preferred
- Empathy, kindness, and reliability are essential
- Good judgment and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills and general tech comfort
- Valid work authorization in the U.S.
- Ability to pass background check and provide references
- Must have your own car to transport clients
