Job DescriptionTrial Attorney
Established 20+ Years Premier Firm Seeking Trial Attorney for Insurance Defense Litigation in Orange County, CAAn established firm based in Orange County with over 20 years in practice is seeking a Trial Attorney with 7-10+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. This Attorney will have experience with insurance defense litigation, including high-exposure personal injury, transportation, and complex liability matters, and will serve as first-chair trial counsel taking cases to verdict. Offer:
$160,000 - $230,000 (Based upon experience) with trial bonuses

The candidate must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school and maintain an active license in good standing in California.The candidate must have 7-10+ years of litigation experience with proven first-chair trial experience to verdict.The candidate must demonstrate strong advocacy, writing, and case strategy skills, confidence in the courtroom, and a passion for trying cases.The candidate must have a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities:
The attorney will lead cases from inception to verdict as first-chair trial counsel.The attorney will develop trial strategy and oversee all aspects of litigation.The attorney will take and defend depositions, argue motions, and handle pre-trial proceedings.The attorney will work directly with clients on case evaluation and trial preparation.The attorney will mentor associates and share trial expertise.
