Litigation Paralegal
Hybrid, 3 Days in office
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with the drafting, editing, and formatting of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Summarize and organize findings for use by attorneys.
- Assist with the preparation of legal arguments and case strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Paralegal experience.
- 1 Year of transactional experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
