We are seeking a skilled foreman to run our crew of Gypsum lightweight concrete applicators. You will work with a team of other applicators to pour concrete underlayment into unfinished floors. Must demonstrate leadership capabilities and have a good sense of productivity and quality control. Must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving and operating large trucks with trailers and heavy equipment. Must also be willing to occasionally stay overnight out of town, in company paid hotel room. Speaking Spanish well is a huge plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping track of and maintaining all materials and equipment
- Adhering to all safety policies and procedures
- Comply with all job site rules and regulations
- Working hands-on with laborers and ensuring quality of work
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with concrete or in related fields
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and responsible
- Great problem-solving skills and strong work ethic
