Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

<li>Assist attorneys in handling all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation</li>
<li>Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel</li>
<li>Maintain and update case files, calendars, and deadlines</li>
<li>Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and scheduling appointments</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant in a personal injury setting</li>
<li>Strong understanding of case management and litigation procedures</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask</li>
<li>Professional, dependable, and client-focused</li>
