Job DescriptionProfessional Law Firm receptionist/administrative assistant who can operate in a fast-paced law firm that is focused on civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on personal injury law and Mass Tort.

A Legal Intake Specialist's primary function is to manage the initial interactions between a law firm and potential clients. They gather essential information, evaluate case viability, and ensure all necessary documentation is complete, streamlining the client onboarding process. This role also includes answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and potentially assisting with lead generation initiatives.

This position requires strong, polished, interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate with CEO, senior level attorneys, judges, clients, opposing counsel, court reporters, staff, and others. Attention to detail as well a professional and personable attitude is necessary.

The duties include but are not limited to:
Answering a multi-line phone system, directing calls, taking messages; scheduling and calendaring meetings and appointments, ordering lunch, ordering office supplies, manage coffee machine and kitchen, scanning and naming all incoming mail and faxes, etc.

Prior law firm experience is beneficial but not required.
