Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a 3-5 year experienced Associate Attorney - Trial & Arbitration to join their litigation team, focusing on California employment law, class/PAGA matters, and hands-on discovery, motion work, and trial/arbitration support.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Draft and respond to all civil discovery and manage discovery strategy.

Prepare motions, oppositions, briefs, and pre/post-trial documents including MSJ and motions to compel.

Conduct legal research using Lexis+ AI, Westlaw, and other platforms.

Appear in court, mediations, depositions, and assist with trial/arbitration preparation.

Collaborate with support staff and manage a 30+ case load under senior counsel.
Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.

3-5 years of litigation experience; employment law/class action/PAGA experience preferred.

Strong drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

Proficient in MS Office, PDF tools, Lexis/Westlaw; familiarity with FileVine/Clio.

Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and maintain client communication.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
