<li>Shift: 12 hours, nights</li>
<li>Employment Type: Local Contract</li>

<li>Number of Beds -&nbsp; 10</li>
<li>Number of Staff – 120</li>
<li>Type of staff:
<ul>
<li>Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)&nbsp; Charge Nurse, Unit Clerk, Scrub Tech, RNs based on patient census</li>
<li>Night Shift – same as above</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Patient Ratios – &nbsp;per CA Title 22</li>
<li>EMR -Meditech/CPN</li>
<li>Typical Procedures: Deliveries, C/sections, other L&amp;D OR related cases</li>
</ul>

Must Haves:\n- An ASN degree minimum, BSN preferred\n- A recent 12 months of NICU RN experience in an acute hospital setting\n- CA RN License\n- BLS and NRP (AAP advanced 9th edition) Certifications\n\nPreferred or Nice to Have:\n- MediTech Experience\n- Travel Experience
