<li>Experience in all areas of landscape construction</li>
<li>Read and understand plans</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage installation teams</li>
<li>Overall knowledge of landscaping, carpentry, masonry, concrete, and site work</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>English and Spanish speaking preferred</li>
<li>Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work as part of a team</li>
