Drafter / Permit Expediter
We are seeking a Architectural Drafter / Permit Expediter to become a part of our team! You will prepare detailed drawings and prepare permitting applications&nbsp;to submit to various agencies.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare&nbsp;and CAD drawings for submittal</li>
<li>Check all packages for alignment with agency requirements</li>
<li>Review and modify drawings based on red line comments from agencies</li>
<li>Provide timely updates for permitting completion and workload</li>
<li>Coordinate with Project Manager and Staff on all jobs</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience with permit applications, permitting processes helpful&nbsp;</li>
<li>Working knowledge of CAD and&nbsp;Revit and office related software</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
</ul>
