Who are we looking for?

We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Personal Injury Paralegals to join us and commence their LOD journey.

To join us, you will:

Have completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably doing Plaintiff Personal Injury work.
Must be located in the Los Angeles area.

· Must have experience drafting discovery, meet and confer letters, and motions to compel.

· Experience managing and training lower-level support staff to ensure efficient case progression.

· Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Must have experience in handling all aspects of the claims process; from intake through settlement/trial.

· Must be able to manage deadlines with multiple priorities and work under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills are required.

· The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and possess strong technical proficiency, organizational, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

· Manage large-volume cases

· Regularly draft discovery

· Regularly draft meet and confer letters, motions to compel, and other motions with autonomy and attention to detail

· Maintain accurate and organized records, spreadsheets, and case files

· Track and meet all critical deadlines

· Support attorneys and team members with additional tasks as needed
