An established general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in interior systems to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA. This individual will oversee high-tech construction projects, managing architectural finishes and cleanroom environments from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:

Lead interior systems projects, including cleanroom and high-tech facility construction, from planning through closeout.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor/vendor coordination to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Manage change orders, contracts, and client billings while maintaining strong client and designer relationships.

Partner with field leadership to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and seamless execution on-site.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent hands-on project management experience.

3+ years of project management experience with a focus on framing, drywall, or interior systems.

Proficiency in construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary: $121K – $148K (DOE)
