Job Summary:&nbsp;We are looking for an experienced residential/commercial Journeyman Painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a residential and light commercial setting. We are fortunate to have been busy year round! A positive attitude is must.&nbsp; You are an experienced residential and/or commercial painter who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must!&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques</li>
<li>Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary</li>
<li>Inspect paint jobs for quality</li>
<li>Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment</li>
<li>Follow Lead's instructions</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>4 years experience in residential or commercial painting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment</li>
