We’re urgently hiring Bilingual (English/Spanish) Packer & Production Workers for a fast-paced bakery facility in Escondido, CA. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offers both day and night shifts, Monday through Saturday. You’ll rotate through multiple production areas such as Packing, Depositing, De-panning, Icing, and Cleaning, playing a key role in preparing and packaging high-quality baked goods. This role requires physical agility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities
- Package, box, and organize baked products on the production line
- Load/unload molds and remove/de-pan finished goods
- Operate in oven and rail-line areas as part of the rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety protocols
- Work efficiently with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Flexibility to rotate between different production areas
