Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting in day-to-day operations of the store
• Managing and motivating team members
• Overseeing departments and maintaining standards
• Learning ordering, stocking, pricing, and inventory systems
• Supporting sales goals and community outreach efforts
• Building leadership skills to eventually run your own store

Ideal Candidate:

• Energetic, responsible, and entrepreneurial
• 4 years Retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
• Long-term interest in store ownership
