What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with energy and accountability

Hire, train, and inspire a positive, high-performing team

Maintain food quality, speed, and service standards that exceed guest expectations

Manage labor, food cost, and inventory targets

Create a fun, team-oriented culture that embodies our “made-from-scratch” philosophy

Communicate clearly with ownership and support departments
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of management experience (pizza or QSR preferred)

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to motivate and coach a diverse team

Great communication, time management, and customer service skills

Passion for great pizza and even greater people
