Direct Counsel is seeking a 2nd–5th Year Corporate Associate to join a leading Am Law 100 firm with a top-ranked Global Fintech practice. This is an opportunity to work with a Chambers USA Band 1 practice group at the forefront of advising clients in the digital asset, blockchain, and cryptocurrency industries.

About the Role:

• Represent companies and investors in the fintech and digital asset space.

• Advise on venture financings, corporate transactions, token offerings, and securities law matters.

• Provide counsel on general corporate issues in connection with innovative technologies.

• Collaborate with a highly regarded team recognized as a market leader in fintech and blockchain law.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of corporate law experience at a top law firm.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Demonstrated interest and/or experience in fintech, blockchain, or digital asset matters.

• Experience with venture financings, securities law, and token offerings preferred.

Compensation:
The expected annual salary range for this role is $235,000 – $365,000, commensurate with experience and other relevant factors.
