A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school located in Temecula, California. This contract-to-hire opportunity runs through the end of the current school year in June 2026, offering a rewarding role supporting student communication development and educational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Ensure all services comply with district and state guidelines for school-based SLPs
Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (CCC required or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status)
- Experience or training in pediatrics, school-based settings, or healthcare SLP preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners within a school environment
