Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialized opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve at a high school level in Santa Ana, CA. This position involves working approximately 40 hours a week, providing speech-language services to an estimated caseload of 90-100 students across two sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver speech-language pathology services to students in a high school setting.
• Oversee case management, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) updates and assessments.
• Supervise and collaborate with two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to ensure effective service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with educational and therapeutic standards in all documentation and practice.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working in school settings preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and caseloads effectively.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing IEPs.
• Ability to collaborate closely with educational and support staff.
