Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide occupational therapy services to a diverse TK12 student population across multiple school sites in San Jacinto, CA. This short-term contract position, lasting approximately eight weeks, focuses on supporting students' functional skill development and promoting access and participation in school activities in alignment with IEP goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs according to IEP objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators, therapists, and support staff.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Work onsite at various school locations within the district.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure.
- Experience working with K-12 school-aged children.
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary educational teams.
- Familiarity with school-based occupational therapy practices and IEP processes.
Location:
- Onsite assignments at multiple schools in San Jacinto, California.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Short-term leave coverage, approximately 8 weeks.
