Overview

CTG is seeking an experienced AI / ML Application Developer (Python) to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for a leading client.

Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 11 months

What You’ll Do:

Develop and deploy AI/ML applications using Python.
Build and integrate LLM, NLP, chatbot, and/or image recognition solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI systems.
Leverage data science libraries to optimize model performance and reliability.

What You Bring:

5+ years of industry experience in software development and AI/ML.
Strong Python coding skills for AI/ML applications.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML deployment in production.
Knowledge of LLMs, machine learning, NLP, and data science packages.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $185,000 to $205,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
