Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and security-conscious IT Support Analyst to join our team in a high-compliance manufacturing environment. This role is critical in supporting day-to-day IT operations, ensuring adherence to CMMC v2 Level 2 controls, and maintaining secure systems that support space industry clients and Department of Defense (DoD) programs.


Compensation Range:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 to $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Performance Bonuses: Eligible for annual performance bonuses based on individual and company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
  • Monitor and maintain systems in compliance with CMMC v2 Level 2 requirements, including access control, incident response, and audit logging.
  • Support endpoint security, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation for system configurations, procedures, and compliance evidence.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to support internal and external audits.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Support secure file transfers and communications.
  • Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
  • Respond to security and IT incidents and assist in root cause analysis and remediation.

Qualifications: Required: · Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. · 5+ years of IT support experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment. · Familiarity with CMMC v2, NIST SP 800-171, or DFARS 252.204-7012 requirements. · Experience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint protection tools. · Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and VPNs. · U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance preferred. Preferred: · CompTIA Security+, Network+, or A+ · Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate · Certified CMMC Professional (CCP) or equivalent knowledge What We Offer:

Physical Requirements / Work Environments:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will typically work in an office environment
