Job Summary:
Were looking for passionate Project Engineers who thrive at the intersection of technology and people. At Kotman Technology, we work with clients across multiple industriesfrom agriculture and non-profits to professional serviceshelping them leverage IT and cybersecurity to move their businesses forward.
This role is 80% project delivery and 20% executive-level client support, giving you both variety and impact in your day-to-day. Youll join a fast-paced, in-office Fresno team that values excellence, service, and our strong Go-Giver culture (check it out, its

WhatYoull Do:
- Scope, plan, and deliver a wide variety of IT projects (migrations, deployments, cybersecurity stack rollouts, network builds, and more).
- Provide high-touch executive support both onsite and remotely.
- Collaborate with Service Pods and Account Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Create and maintain project documentation, technical standards, and client records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned, sharing knowledge, and embracing automation where possible.
- Occasionally deliver after-hours project work during scheduled client downtime.
Career Path:
This role is designed with clear growth. Whether you join as Engineer I, II, or III, youll have visibility into the skills, certifications, and experience needed to advance. From here, engineers move into Project Management, Architecture, or Service Leadership roles.
WhatWere Looking For:
- 4+ years of IT experience in an MSP or similar high-touch environment.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server (20122022)
- Intune, Hyper-V/VMware, network switches/firewalls
- iOS and Android devices
- Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly with executive clients.
- Problem-solver with attention to detail, documentation, and follow-through.
- Certifications (Microsoft, CCNA, VMware, etc.) are a big plus.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
