We are seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. DSPs play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible while promoting dignity, respect, and community inclusion.
Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support in daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Support individuals in community engagement, recreational activities, and outings.

Assist with medication administration and follow care plans as directed.

Promote independence by teaching and reinforcing life skills.

Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of individuals in your care.

Document daily activities, progress notes, and any incidents in a timely manner.

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, families, and service coordinators.

Maintain a respectful, positive, and professional environment at all times.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Must be 18 years of age

Previous experience in caregiving,related field preferred, but not required—training is provided.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Reliable, patient, and committed to supporting individuals with varying needs.

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (may be required depending on assignment).

Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and required certifications (e.g., CPR/First Aid).
