About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our precision-driven team. In this role, you’ll handle the daily operation of CNC machines, focusing on low-run production with fast turnaround times. You’ll play a hands-on role in every step — from setup to inspection — ensuring every part meets our exacting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC mills and lathes (primarily Doosan and Fadal with Fanuc controls)

Set up tooling, manage offsets, and apply cutter compensation to ensure dimensional accuracy

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and production work orders

Perform first article and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools

Multitask effectively — operating multiple machines, deburring parts, and sawing materials as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with all health and safety protocols

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production flow and high-quality output
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in CNC machining or a similar manufacturing environment

Hands-on experience operating mills and lathes; Doosan and Fadal machine experience preferred

Strong knowledge of G and M codes and Fanuc controls

Proficiency in shop math and a solid understanding of machining principles

Ability to perform precise measurements and quality checks independently

Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to continuous improvement
