Solvet is searching for experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of veterans by delivering critical respiratory therapy services. Polysomnography experience is a bonus for this role!

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver expert care: Perform therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory therapy, including CPAP/BIPAP, mechanical ventilation, and oxygen therapy.

  • Conduct polysomnography studies (bonus): Carry out full-night polysomnography and split-night diagnostic/therapeutic studies for patients with sleep disorders.

  • Be part of the team: Respond to rapid response calls, assist with intubations, and provide CPR in critical situations.

  • Support and educate: Educate patients and families on therapy plans, equipment use, and provide necessary follow-up care.

  • Document and maintain: Keep accurate and timely logs of patient data and therapy outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

  • RRT credential (National Board for Respiratory Care).

  • California State Respiratory Care License.

  • At least 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy (1 year in critical care).

  • BLS certified; ACLS preferred.

  • Polysomnography certification (RPSGT) is a bonus.
