Job DescriptionLHH is looking for a Technology Support Analyst, living in the greater San Francisco Area with the below listed qualifications. If you match the below qualifications, please feel free to apply. Qualifications

  • Required: 3+ years of remote and in-person Desktop Support experience (supporting: monitors, peripherals, chargers, drives, cables, batteries, phones, software applications, computer hardware, Tablets etc.)
  • Required: 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
  • Required: 3+ years of experience with SharePoint
  • Required: 3+ years of experience Teams
  • Required: 1+ year of experience with iManage + other legal applications
  • Required: Azure; hardware and AV troubleshooting experience.
  • Required: Experience working at a law firm
  • Required: Hybrid (remote and on-site) meeting and conference room setup and support experience
  • Required: Experience running tests on Network Infrastructure (routers, switches etc.)
  • Required: Experience with remote access tools.
  • Very Nice To Have: Experience with Lenovo laptop and desktop computers
  • Schedule: On-Call Rotation every 6-7 weeks for after hours support. May be required to participate in Saturday morning testing sessions (approx. twice per year).



Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
