Job DescriptionEmployment Law Attorney Established 15+ Years Premier Firm Seeking Senior Associate Attorney for Employment Law and Personal Injury in Los Angeles, CAAn established boutique firm based in Los Angeles with over 15 years in practice is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team in an onsite work arrangement. This Attorney will have experience with plaintiff-side Employment Law and complex Personal Injury litigation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. Offer:
$100,000-$300,000, contingent on experience

The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and maintain an active license in good standing with the California State Bar.The candidate must have a minimum of five years of plaintiff-side representation experience.The candidate must demonstrate strong experience in Employment Law and Personal Injury litigation, proficiency in preparing and drafting legal documents, and conducting legal research.The candidate must have excellent litigation and courtroom experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.The candidate should have proven success handling complex cases and the ability to mentor junior associates while working collaboratively with a team. Responsibilities:
The attorney will manage complex Employment Law and Personal Injury cases from inception through resolution. The attorney will prepare and draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and develop litigation strategies.The attorney will represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials, and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.The attorney will mentor junior associates and collaborate with team members to achieve successful outcomes. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
