Job DescriptionDescription:
We are seeking skilled Epic Helpdesk professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide Epic support and assistance to our clients, ensuring smooth operations and resolving or escalating Epic-related issues promptly.
Duties:
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot Epic issues via phone, via remote assistance, or various self-service ticketing systems.
- Provide Epic support for workflow related problems.
- Assist in resolving Epic tasks such as user account management and access control.
- Set up and troubleshoot Epic connectivity for remote users.
- Collaborate with the client Epic analysts to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:
- Familiarity with various Epic modules.
- Proficiency in various Epic workflow concepts.
- Experience in remote Epic support and customer service.
- Knowledge navigating Epic Hyperspace and Hyperdrive.
- Understanding of Epic Hyperdrive technologies.
