Directs and supervises functions and activities in the unit; implements and interprets policies, procedures, standards, and regulations to personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public.

Requirements:

1. Graduate nurse of an accredited school of nursing – BSN or ASN required
2. Registered Nurse, licensed in the state. CA RN LICENSE & BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ABLS
3. NIHSS-Stroke Certification
4. Minimum 1-year experience in acute care
