We are seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership and technical skills to manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires hands-on involvement, effective coordination across departments, and proactive management to ensure success on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Oversee daily operations from initial planning to project closeout
- Collaborate with VDC Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams to ensure project alignment
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive progress and resolve challenges
- Monitor performance metrics, timelines, and financials throughout the project
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 5 consecutive years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction
- Proven hands-on, field-focused approach with a high level of ownership
- Proficiency with construction project management software and digital planning tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
