The ideal candidate for this role will have bike mechanic experience, excellent technical skills and strong communication skills to be a resource to our customers and help grow our shop's bike service business.
Requirements:
- Work experience as a bike mechanic
- Complete bike repairs with efficiency and attention to detail for customer and company fleet e-bikes
- Troubleshoot, advise and solve bike-related questions from customers.
- Maintain the bike service department while delivering top-tier service and increasing service department transactions
