Job Description

Johnson Service Group, a leading staffing company, has a Facilities Maintenance/Carpenter position with our public works client.

Required skills:

Requires 5+ years of combined experience with general carpentry, maintenance, and repair experience.
Perform general repairs such as heating and air conditioning, lighting, electrical, carpentry, basic plumbing, roofing patchwork, painting, fencing, and general swimming pool area cleanup.
Will drive a company vehicle (car or light truck).
Good communication skills.
Must be highly reliable and a self-starter.
Must have a High School diploma or GED.

Training and Certifications:

OSHA 10 Hour - General Industry
Additional training and certifications will be provided as required

Pay rate: $39+ DOE

Duration: Up to6 month contract position
