We are building a team of passionate Technical Program Managers to lead Office Infrastructure projects across our global portfolio. These leaders will bridge the gap between Real Estate Workplace Services, Corporate IT, and cross-functional partners to design and deliver technical solutions for new office buildouts and expansion projects.
This role is responsible for overseeing low voltage systems, network infrastructure, audio-visual/video conferencing, and related IT scopes of work, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to successfully deliver office infrastructure initiatives.

Oversee project timelines from design through commissioning and handover, ensuring adherence to schedule.

Manage the design, bidding, implementation, and commissioning of low voltage cabling, ISP connectivity, and network infrastructure.

Oversee audio-visual and video-conferencing systems deployment in partnership with IT and workplace services teams.

Partner with Corporate Security to integrate infrastructure supporting access control and surveillance systems.

Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and executive-level status reports.

Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track delivery progress.

Guide procurement activities, including vendor vetting, RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract management.

Provide input to FP A on project budget planning and forecasting.

Ensure compliance with architectural design and commercial real estate construction processes at all project stages.
Requirements

Strong project and program management skills with a track record of delivering infrastructure-focused construction projects.

Experience coordinating across internal teams, external vendors, construction trades, and service providers.

Deep knowledge of commercial real estate construction processes and architectural design stages (schematic design, design development, construction documents).

Hands-on experience with:

Low voltage cabling, ISP connectivity, and network infrastructure

Audio-visual and video-conferencing systems

Access control and surveillance system integration

Strong vendor management experience, including vetting, RFPs, bid review, and performance assessment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives.

Ability to read and interpret construction and engineering drawings.

Understanding of mechanical power, cooling systems, and capacity planning.

PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
