As a mobile medical practice catering to the senior population, we are currently seeking a full-time Medical Assistant with a high level of clinical expertise. The Medical Assistant will provide clinical support to a designated provider, balancing responsibilities between in-office and field support throughout the week. Candidates must be adept at working with seniors, capable of multi-tasking in a busy environment, and possess sufficient clinical knowledge.

Our medical practice is dedicated to delivering quality medical care to seniors in their residences, particularly within assisted living communities. We are committed to enhancing the quality and scope of medical care provided to the elderly population. Our services encompass a wide range of care, specializing in geriatrics, house calls, post-acute rehabilitation, wound care, palliative and hospice care, chronic disease management, and more. Our patients are seen in various locations, including skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes, independent and assisted living facilities, board and care facilities, and private homes.
Certification as a Medical Assistant from an approved school or equivalent training and experience is required.
Local candidates from the Los Angeles area only- must be able to commute to our Beverly Hills location!
Job Responsibilities
- Schedule patients
- Check-in/out patients
- Follow up with patients, family members, and facilities
- Carry out Provider's orders
- Support the provider during patient visits
- Review patient charts prior to visits
- Answer phone calls
- Develop a positive working relationship with your provider
- Lead and coordinate weekly meetings with your provider and Care Team
- Oversee a virtual assistant to ensure all tasks are completed
- Support the clinical team as needed
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the RN Nursing Director and Team Lead
