50% Commission on Upsells: You will earn 50% of the revenue generated from any add-on services (e.g., conditioning treatments, glosses, masks) or retail product sales you successfully incorporate into the client experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Active California Cosmetology or Barbering License is required.

Proven experience specializing in blowouts, dry styling, and finishing techniques (experience in a blow-dry bar setting is a plus).
