Step into our state-of-the-art shop in Brea, CA, 91709 and start your shift by reviewing work orders and confirming specifications. As a Precision CNC Machining Technician, you’ll translate prints into action—setting up equipment, checking tooling, and dialing in offsets so every part meets the mark. Throughout the day, you’ll keep a close eye on machine performance, make thoughtful adjustments, and collaborate with teammates to keep production flowing smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Configure and run CNC equipment to manufacture components that meet detailed specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining steps and setups.
• Monitor operations, verify dimensions, and adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain quality and throughput.
• Perform routine upkeep on machines and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools to confirm accuracy and quality standards.
• Work closely with peers to streamline processes and elevate productivity.
• Keep your area organized and safe, following all shop safety practices and procedures.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED; a machining certificate or technical training is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a CNC machinist or in a closely related machining role.
• Confidence reading and understanding blueprints and technical drawings.
• Solid knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and production setups.
• Skill with precise measurements and shop math.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and a sharp eye for detail.
• Clear communication and a cooperative, team-first approach.
• Familiarity with safe machining practices and a commitment to a clean work environment.
