Litigation Associate Attorney Personal Injury (Hybrid | Beverly Hills, CA)
Salary: $100,000 $250,000 per year + bonus structure


We are a high-volume, well-established personal injury litigation firm in Beverly Hills seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment, wants extensive hands-on experience, and values working within a structured team supported by dedicated staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from lawsuit through resolution
• Draft and respond to written discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend mediations and court appearances

You will work closely with the senior attorneys and will not be expected to handle trials independently without guidance.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar License (required)
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience with depositions, discovery, and court appearances
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Client-focused and professional demeanor
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Familiarity with FileVine, Outlook, and Dropbox preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100,000 $250,000 per year, depending on experience and performance
